Como podem ter visto neste post, eu tinha toda a intenção de assistir aos Óscares em directo, tinha até uma marmita para ir petiscando durante a noite, mas, na hora H, pimbas... adormeci. Se vi 5 minutos da Red Carpet foi muito. Maaaas como não sou pessoa de me dar por derrotada, vi ontem a cerimónia.
Não sou a maior entendida de cinema (nem pouco mais ou menos) e não assisti a todos os filmes nomeados. Vi o Dallas Buyers Club, American Hustle, 12 Years a Slave, Her, The Wolf of Wallstreet e fiquei por aí. Fiquei feliz com as vitórias de Jared Leto, Lupita Nyong'o e Matthew McConaughey (e dos respectivos discursos, principalmente dos 2 primeiros). Quem não teve tanta sorte foi o Leo DiCaprio... não faz mal, Leo, fica para a próxima!
Sou fã assumida da Ellen Degeneres e acho que esteve muito bem a apresentar, muito à vontade, muito ela própria. Fica aqui um apanhado dos momentos mais caricatos da noite:
As you might have seen in this post, I had every intention of watching the Oscars live. I even had some snacks but when the time came... I fell asleep. I only watched like 5 minutes of the Red Carpet. Buuuut since I'm not a quitter... I watched the ceremony yesterday.
I'm not the greatest expert in cinema and I did not watch every nominated movie. I only watched Dallas Buyers Club, American Hustle, 12 Years a Slave, Her and The Wolf of Wallstreet. And I was very pleased with the victories of Jared Leto, Lupita Nyong'o and Matthew McConaughey (and I also enjoyed their speeches, mainly the two first ones). Leo DiCaprio wasn't that lucky... but it's ok Leo, next time will be better!
I love Ellen DeGeneres and I truly think that she was a great host, very relaxed, very herself. Here's a list of the funniest moments of the night:
